The 275 is predestinated for the production of ladies‘, men’s and children’s outerwear.

In the production of shirts, blouses and dresses it is unsurpassed as for ruffling and hemming operations. By means of setting wheels or, even more comfortable, by means of a fullness control (275-142342-01 and 275-742642-01) the stitch length and the top feed length can be adjusted in an easily reproducible way. With the thread pulling device the needle thread is pulled to the reverse side of the fabric at the seam beginning. This guarantees an always neat seam beginning. The multitude of sewing equipment and guide attachments make the 275 an universal solution for high-quality seams.

275-742642-01 – with fullness control and shiftable edge trimmer, driven by electric motor. Standard equipment as model 275-140342-01. The combination of fullness control and separat driven edge trimmer enables an excellent solution for runstitching and trimming of front edge in jackets, blazers and coats.

Runstitch and topstitch operations. 275-140342-01 E4: Runstitching collars and cuffs, E26: Topstitching collars and cuffs, E7: Hemming / edge folding operations of 10mm width e.g. shirt button placket edge folding and topstitching (in combination with N005), E22: Topstitching of partition seams

Hemming operations. 275-140342-01 / 275-142342-01 E28: Straight or slanted hems with double folding and topstitching (in combination with N005); Hem width from 4mm (fold width). Performance features: 900 – 950 shirts or blouses in 480 min.

Velvet application. With the 275-142342-01 / 275-140342-01 in connection with an intermediate plate (N900 003601) the pile is separated from each other during the sewing process. The unwanted shifting of the fabric layers is thus prevented. The intermediate plate is also an excellent solution for working in fullness. The upper fabric layer lies on the plate and can be kept as desired.
