OMAC SHUTTLE Horizontal Automatic Belt Dyeing Machine

The OMAC® Horizontal Automatic Belt Dyeing Machine SHUTTLE is used in the leather industry to dye belts and shoulder straps for bags and in the production of collars and leashes for pets and other kinds of leather strips.
Thanks to the patented colouring mechanism that can dye the tip first and then the edges of the products following the contour of the profile, the OMAC® Horizontal Automatic Belt Dyeing Machine SHUTTLE is suitable for dyeing strips of different shapes, even nonlinear lines.

The operator can adjust both the width of the guides and the sliding speed of the strips with extreme ease and precision.

• Automatic double variable speed for tip and edges;
• Teflon lateral colour carrier;
