OMAC 997 Series Horizontal Automatic Belt Dyeing Machines

The OMAC® 997 series is made of Horizontal Automatic Belt Dyeing Machines with speed variator, fit to dye belts, shoulder straps and handles used in leather goods and suitcases, sandals, collars and leashes for pets.
New in design and revolutionary in the working system, the OMAC® Horizontal Automatic Belt Dyeing Machines 997 allow to save considerable physical energy and to increase productivity, thanks to the horizontal position of the working top.

Ideal for colouring leather accessories, sandals, leashes and collars for animals of widths from 10 to 60 mm, they are equipped with photocells for fast feed of the material.

Available versions:

• 997L: Horizontal Belt Dyeing Machine with speed variator.
• 997TR1: Horizontal Belt Dyeing Machine with speed variator, able to colour material strips from a width of 4 mm and a length of 80 mm. Equipped with a roller with a diameter of 65 mm, it also allows to colour short and not so rigid materials.
• 997TR2: Horizontal Belt Dyeing Machine with speed variator, able to colour , zipper pullers and  elements of nonlinear shapes and reduced dimensions, starting from a width of 2 mm and a length of 60 mm. Equipped with a roller with a diameter of 16 mm.
