The machine U117BFV, through a mixture of air and steam, soften the stiffeners and sides of the shoe-boot prior to mounting on the form.
The steam is generated by a boiler under pressure and is delivered only during the cycle times.

– Temperature air from 0° to 220°C and steam from 110° to 160°C (PATENT)
– The cycle time from 0″ to 99″
– Quantity of the air
– % Steam from 0 to 100%
