With this model of the VEB100 we were able to fit our new modular design perfectly. The result is a sewing unit which impresses with its variable use. Coated tapes can be sewn on blind to the front or to the facing of either on the front part or on the facing, depending on the application. The semi-automatic system guarantees high-quality processing with high productivity (850 – 1200 jackets per day) This is because it is equipped with an automatic tape feeder, with tape and thread cutter and the possibility to set the seam length in advance. Furthermore widths of 15 to 25 mm can be processed, but the seam is always in the centre. Due to the swivelling the machine can also be used for other operations.
