Teknomac TK212 Vertical and horizontal handle machine

TK212 machine automatically sew the fabric handle vertically or horizontally on the border, insert vents, mark corners, measures and cuts borders to length.
Optimal results are achieved when integrated with Teknomac border machines and/or with automatic border closing machine TK230

Vertical handle:

TK230 Automatic border closing machine:
The machine may be linked with the handle machines. It enables the machine to sew the border end together. It is provided with:
·         1 Chainstitch sewing machine
·         Thread trimmer
·         Automatic thread break detector

Application of label along the border
Labels can be sewn on 1 side (flag label) or on 4 sides.
It is possible to insert labels of the same dimensions on a loader. The machine takes automatically the label from this loader. It is possible to insert several loaders for different dimensions of labels. It should be checked, every time according to the size of the label.
Loader PRE-Cut handle
It is possible to insert handles already cut, taken from a special loader. The machine takes automatically the handles or from loader or from the roll.
Insertion of plastic vents
It is possible to insert automatically not only metal vents, but also vents plastic cover.

Label on the closing:
It is possible to insert a flag label (sewn on one side)
Label on the closing with printer machine:
It is possible to put a printer machine (supplied by the customer) on the TK230, in order to insert automatically the printed label.
