BORDER MACHINE FOR 3D, ZIPS AND TAPES

 TK206 machine automatically insert on the border 3D fabric, zips and decorative tapes

MACHINE FEATURES:

1 Teknomac multineedle: chainstitch, automatic up/down thread detector, automatic thread break detector, sewing
width 500 mm, needle space 6,4 mm, 2000 stitches/min, moving presser foot, adjustable stitch from 2 to 5 mm;
Cutter;
Rolls holder with material run out stop devices and wind up;
Automatic up/down thread detector, material run out shut down.
It is possible to insert 3D fabric at the centre of the border, 2 divisible or continuous zip and 2 tapes.
It is possible to cut (by means of a cutter) the border on the centre, in order to insert the 3D fabric, or it is possible
to sew 2 parts of quilted border at the extremities of the 3D fabric.
It is possible to combine dierent materials in dierent positions: for ex. only 3D fabric/ only zips / only tapes
3D fabric and zips / zips and tapes etc.
Yield: 6/10 mt/min.
