Teknomac TK106 / TK107 Border machine

TheTK106 machine can works independently or can be integrated with handle machines (for ex. TK201, TK202, TK208,TK210N). The machine produces quilted borders heights up to 50 cm.

TK 106 / TK 107 MACHINE FEATURES:

TK 106 2 overlocks Pegasus;
TK 107 without overlock heads, the machine makes the hemming of the border;
Touch screen interface;
1 Teknomac multineedle: chainstitch, automatic up/down thread detector, automatic thread break detector, sewing width 500 mm, needle space 6,4 mm, 2000 stitches/min, moving presser foot, adjustable stitch from 2 to 5 mm;
2 Teknomac chainstitch sewing heads with automatic adjusting of needle distance; Automatic up/down thread detector; Rolls holder with material run out stop devices and wind up.
It is possible to quilt several pattern design on the border, chosen by selection on the touch screen.
It is possible to modify the quotes (dimensions) of the patterns in a very easy and intuitive way.

According to working requirements, it is possible to use only the multineedle, or only the sewing heads or only the overlock machines.

Yield: from 4 to 10 mt/min (according to the kind of pattern) quilted border with application of 3D fabric, zips and tapes (option).
Options:
FOR BORDER MACHINE (TK106, TK107, TK114) APPLICATION OF 3D, ZIPS AND TAPES: Border machines, besides making the quilting of the border, can also put on it 3D fabric, 2 tapes and 2 zips (divisible or continuous).
