The following documents and materials are required for the production of shape templates.

1. a fully dimensioned drawing or a DXF file for each sewing template. (The outer edges of the drawing mark the seam course).

2. 50 blanks per mould are required for optimum adjustment of the machine components and the sewing programme.

In addition, 1 finished sample must be provided to ensure a perfect final result.

Equipped with single-needle lockstitch machine with oil-free hook, separately driven edge trimmer with contour guide controlled by step motor and electropneumatic thread chain trimmer.
The templates required for fabric guiding can be self-manufactured by the customer with the help of a programming software and a transponder loader (optional equipment) or they can be ordered ready-made. The data determining the seam contour are transferred to the sewing unit via a memory chip TAGLOG® fixed to the template.
When loading the templates the change between most different seam contours is effected fully automatically.
Machine parameters like stitch length, number of stitches or shape of bartack can be selected via control panel.
Max. sewing speed 4000 stitches/min.

For suction of fabric waste the unit can be connected to a factory-own vacuum system or a centrifugal blower (optional equipment).
