The existing programs are scalable and can be saved in this modified form. The simple operation and easy adaptation of the sewing patterns to a wide variety of buttons allow flexible and fast working.

Your benefits at a glance

·         Standard equipment. The standard equipment includes an integrated positioning drive, the control panel, the electronically controlled clamp lifting and the short thread trimmer (~ 3 mm).

·         Short thread trimmer ≤ 3 mm. The short thread trimmer enables a remaining thread length of only ~ 3 mm. This ensures that no separate trimming operation is required.

 

·         Clean seam start due to thread wiper

·         All functions are electronically controlled – no compressed air required

·         No dirtying of the sewing material, due to oil-free con- struction of the machine head

·         Safe sewing start due to upper thread clamp underneath the throat plate

·         533 – Control panel. A total of 50 pre-programmed standard button patterns are available. The standard patterns can be temporarily modified in length, width and speed. The button patterns can be called up in 25 sequences with up to 30 button patterns per sequence. A maximum of 16,000 stitches can be stored.

·         Pattern Design Software The optional “Pattern Design Software” (0513 590024) enables easy and fast creation of individual button patterns on the PC. The tack patterns can be easily transfered to the 533 control unit via an USB flash drive.

Examples of use

·         “Large button” conversion kit (0532 590054): Button clamp se t no. 3 can be converted with the help of the optional conversion kit “Large button” in such a way that the attaching of buttons with a diameter of 11 to 40 mm and a button height of 5.5 mm is no problem. For this purpose, the clamping feet are changed and a longer shank builder up to 10 mm shank length is attached.

·         533 – Button clamp. The button clamp holds the buttons securely and allows a quick change between different buttons for a wide range of applications. The clamp lifting is done via a stepper motor.

·         Standard button clamp. The lockstitch button sewer 533 is equipped with button clamp set no. 5 as standard. The button clamp is ideally suited for buttons with a button diameter of 8 to 24 mm and a button height of up to 3.2 mm.

·         Button clamp set no. 3 with shank builder (0532 220034). The optional button clamp set No. 3 offers the possibility to sew on buttons with a shank height of up to 5 mm. This clamp set is suitable for button diameters from 7 to 18 mm and a button height of up to 3.2 mm
