Furthermore, the tape feeder with the cutter allows automatic feeding of the tape within the seam and exact positioning and cutting. Examples of use

·         Taping of front armholes. The tape feeder with the cutter allows automatic feeding of the tape within the seam and exact positioning and cutting. This method is cost-saving, as expensive tape is only used where it is desired and necessary.

Taping of approx. 500 pairs of armholes in men’s jacket front parts

 

·         Taping of back armholes. Perfectly sized taped armholes are guaranteed with this machine. The tape is fed free of tension by the automatic tape unwinder.

·         Pre-ruffling with sleeve head roll of the sleeve crown. Due to the differential top and bottom feed, the sleeves can also be pre-ruffled on the 610 (except for sewing feet for tape with a width of 5 mm).

Pre-ruffling of approx. 450 – 500 pairs of closed sleeves 
Pre-ruffling of approx. 550 pairs of open sleeves
