OMAC 302JC Trimming Machine with a double roller

The 302JC OMAC® Trimming Machine with a double roller conveyor is used in different areas to trim and round off edges and handles of various shapes in leather, eco-leather, cork and rubber.
The 302JC OMAC® is an automatic trimming machine with a double roller conveyor. It is used to trim luggage edges and leather or eco-leather handbags handles. It is used in the production of leather goods, leather objects and gun holsters.

It differs from the 302 Trimming Machine for the presence of a shaped blade.

Technical features:

• Adjustable Trim width from 1 mm to 8 mm;
• Pedal operation;
• Manual blade adjustment/centering;
• Manual lift of the top roller for inserting the material.

It is available in the following versions:

• JC PN with pneumatic roller lift.
• JC PNV with pneumatic roller lift and variator.
• JC PNV AF with pneumatic roller lift and variator and sharpener AF 20.

The CE certified machine is equipped with an emergency switch.
