OMAC MIG30 Automatic Brushing Machine

The OMAC® Automatic Brushing Machine MIG30 is an innovative machine that can brush and at the same time polish the tip of belts, shoulder straps for bags and other leather accessories.
The MIG30 is an automatic Brushing Machine with two brushes able brush and at the same time polish the tip of belts, shoulder straps for bags, leashes and collars for pets, of width between 10 and 100 mm.

It has a speed variator and it can program the various functions available through a PLC electronic system:

• Setting distance tip-dye;
• Speed adjustment brushing (2000>5000 rpm) and feed;
• Adjustable time brushing and locking tip;
• Rotation of brushes reversely.

It’s also possible to adjust the height and the pressure of the brushes on the tip of the belt or strip.
