HORIZONTAL HANDLE ATTACHERS MACHINES
Handle attachers machine automatically sew the fabric handle horizontally on the border, insert vents, mark corners, measure and cut borders to length. Optimal results are achieved when integrated with Teknomac border machines and/or with automatic border closing machine TK230.
MACHINE FEATURES:

TK201 1 lockstitch sewing head for the application of the handle; Automatic upper thread detector and material run out stop devices, thread trimmer.
TK202 2 lockstitch sewing heads for the application of the handle; Automatic upper thread detector and material run out stop devices, thread trimmer.
TK208 4 lockstitch sewing heads for the application of the handle; Automatic upper thread detector and material run out stop devices, thread trimmer. Sewing heads allow a wide passage of materials and have a wide sewing field.

TK230 AUTOMATIC BORDER CLOSING MACHINE:
This machine may be linked with the handle machines. It enables the machine to sew the border ends together. It is provided with: 1 chainstitch sewing machine; Thread trimmer; Automatic thread break detector.

APPLICATION OF LABEL ALONG THE BORDER:
– TK201: it is possible to insert a label along the border sewn on four sides
– TK202/TK208: it is possible to insert a flag label along the border sewn on one side It is possible to insert labels of the same dimension on a loader; the machine takes automatically the label from this loader. It is possible to insert several loaders for different dimensions of labels.
APPLICATION OF LABEL ALONG THE BORDER WITH PRINTER MACHINE: it is possible to apply a printer machine (supplied by the customer) in order to insert automatically the printed label.
LOADER PRE-CUT HANDLE: it is possible to insert handles already cut, taken from a special loader; the machine takes automatically the handles or from the loader or from the roll.
INSERTION OF PLASTIC VENTS: it is possible to insert automatically not only metal vent, but also the vent plastic cover
FOR BORDER CLOSING MACHINE (TK230) LABEL ON THE CLOSING: it is possible to insert a flag label (sewn on ONE SIDE).
LABEL ON THE CLOSING WITH PRINTER MACHINE: it is possible to put a printer machine (supplied by the customer) to the TK230 in order to insert automatically the printed label.
