This multi-tasking serging machine from Teknomac™ cuts quilt panels to size and serges edges in preparation for downstream processes.

The Teknomac TK491 reduces non-value-added labor by combining the panel-cutting and serging processes in one machine – improving your processing time.
• Works when integrated with a multi- or single-needle quilter.
• Programmable features can permit operator to load predetermined sizes for automatic production cycles.
• Uses chainstitch sewing heads with up to four needles.
• One rotary blade cuts in the center of the four stitch lines for crosscut and on the edge of side stitching heads.
• Yield: three panels per minute (regardless the size of panels).
• The machine can work low, medium, and high thickness.
