2 INDIPENDENT BRIDGES.
4 LOCKSTITCH SEWING HEADS (2 heads on each bridge), that can sew PARALLEL
AND MIRROR pattern;
Touch screen interface;
Lower and upper thread trimmer;
Automatic thread break detector;
Material run out shut down;
Automatic bobbin changer;
The machine is provided with a cross cut device for the automatic cutting to size of the panels.
It will also be provided with 2 sides trimmer blades, with manual positioning;
The measuring of the cutting system is very accurate, made by Teknomac system;
In order to not loosing production, it is inserted a dancer roll between the cutter device and
the quilting machine, so that it will be possible to cut panels at the same time of the quilting
operations;
Photoelectric protection guards on right/left side;
CAD-CAM supplied with the machine, to give the customer the possibility to make
patterns autonomously.

Max speed: 3000 RMP.
Sewing field area: 4,5 mt length X 3,0 mt width.

TK900-1 (Provided with 1 bridge and 1 sewing head);

For each one of the models indicated above, it is possible to have
the following options:
WORKING IN CONTINUOUS (FROM MATERIAL ROLLS);
WORKING BY MEANS OF FRAMES AND EXCHANGE TABLE
(FOR PRE-CUT PANELS);
WORKING BOTH IN CONTINUOUS AND BY MEANS OF FRAMES
AND EXCHANGE TABLE (TO BE ABLE TO WORK WITH MATERIAL
ROLLS OR WITH PRE-CUT PANELS);
