The border machines TK114 and TK112 automatically spot tacks mattress borders
in various patterns.

TK112 – 2 lockstitch sewing heads;

1 Teknomac multineedle: chainstitch,

automatic thread break detector,

needle space 6,4 mm,
2000 stitches/min,
moving presser foot,
adjustable stitch from 2 to 5 mm;
1 feed roller;
Roll holders with material run out stop devices and wind up;
Within machine sewing field, stitch patterns can be created for tack stitches, circles, squares and rectangles.
Can apply 3D fabric, tapes and zippers; requires fabricating special guides for each.
Both machines TK 114 and TK 112 are also available without Multineedle head
(this version won’t allow the application of 3D, zips and tapes).
