AUTOMATIC LINE TO WRAP, PRESS, FOLD AND ROLL UP MATTRESSES

The machine Teknomac TK380+TK391+TK303 is a complete line to wrap, press, fold into 3 sections
and roll up mattresses.
The machine is able to work mattresses of any kind (spring, foam, latex, visco elastic) and any size.
The machine system is able to press and roll up mattresses without the bag,
by using plastic film in rolls or stretch film.

*Optional: infeed conveyor upon request. Not included on the standard machine

TK 380 MACHINE COMPONENTS:
WRAPPER with n. 2 rolls holder for plastic film that makes the cross sealing
PRESS UNIT with n. 2 lateral welding bars
MACHINE FEATURES:
Wrapper unit provided with new technology welding bars with electronic control for calculate in real time the sealing and cooling temperature.
Entering belt with device to center the mattress, position it on the left side or on the right side.
Automatic film side trim for a neat finished packaged mattress.
Heavy duty press up to 60 metric tons that can work mattresses of maximum size 220×220 cm

TK303 ROLL UP UNIT 30-60 CM
The machine is composed of:
– 1 bobbin of stretch film
– adjustable roller unit
OPTION:
1 bobbin of plastic film
The diameter of the roll packed product is adjustable and can vary from
a minimum of 30 to a maximum of 60 cm.
High strength roll up unit
Hydraulic system adjusts roll size diameter
Durable large diameter individual rollers and multi chain drive
Computerized touch screen interface for diameter adjustment: from 30 to 60 cm

CONTRTOL PANEL
Touch screen interface: all functions are shown by icons, easy to use for every language. It handles more than 20 programs to customize each type of mattress. 
The line is able to read bar codes (the connection is optional).
The bar code can be related to activate the right program

– wrapped and pressed: around 1 mattress/25-30 sec.
– only wrapped: around 1 mattress/20 sec.
